I have always been an active person. I enjoy being outdoors, my animals (Dogs, Cat and a horse). My goal especially now that I'm older is to stay as healthy as possible. I want to keep taking care of my horse and stay riding as long as possible. I need my strength and balance to keep me in the saddle.

As a personal trainer, I understand that everyone has unique fitness needs and goals. That's why I create customized workout plans tailored to your individual needs. I offer several different workout programs; private, partner and small group sessions. You can even pick between a 60 min or 30 min sessions.
I've worked with clients from up to 85 years old. Some clients want to just look good and some want to feel stronger and balanced in there every day lives. I have also worked with those who were recovering from surgeries and wanted to get their bodies stronger and healthier.
